The workshop will feature Dances of Universal Peace.
Breathing Practices, Chanting of Divine Names, Seated and Walking Meditation, Poetry, Tasty Food and Nice People.
Experience the spiritual practices of sound and movement used by Sufis to awaken the heart and to purify the self, as given by Hazrat Inayat Khan, Murshid Samuel L. Lewis and Mevlana Jelaluddin Rumi
